Shipping & Delivery Policy 

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind shipping times and delivery may be extended due to holidays, sales/promotions and or bad weather.

ONLINE ORDERS SHIPPING: We use UPS and USPS for domestic shipments within USA. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $100. Items are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) after an order is received. The order is shipped out after processing is completed, when shipped it takes up to 7 business days to be delivered depending on your selected shipping preference at Checkout. Processing and Shipping times are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays, sales/promotions and or bad weather. With shipping methods labeled “Express Shipping” your items will have a guaranteed delivery. Please keep in mind USPS is a government agency and does not deliver nor operate on national holidays. DHL, UPS, FedEx or a third party shipping courier are used for International shipments only.

ONLINE Pre-Orders: The Pre-Order shipment date is when the Pre-Order item is estimated to be shipped out. The Pre-Order date provided is listed in the Items Title and/or Item details section for the specific item. Processing & Shipping times are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed as there may be delays due to holidays, bad weather, sales/promotions or a manufacturer delay. Once the Pre-Order item becomes available you will receive updates via email with tracking and shipment details for your Pre-Order after processing. 

ONLINE ORDERS Tracking Information: Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes within 3-5 business days or sooner for the customer to receive the tracking number via email.

ONLINE ORDERS Express / Rush Shipping: If your order is placed before 12:30pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday and customer selects Express/Rush Shipping at checkout with USPS or UPS, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:30pm Eastern StandTime will ship out the next business day. Some areas do not offer Express Rush Shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.

Please note shipping and fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and or sale/promotion days due to large number of orders. 

To avoid order cancellation, please ensure that your Billing and Shipping information matches; to avoid this you can pay with PayPal during checkout.

ONLINE ORDERS Lost/Stolen Packages: D’Glamour City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or United Parcel Service (UPS) directly at (1-800-742-5877). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS.

ONLINE ORDERS Store Credits: Store Credits can be redeemed on the website during checkout by entering the unique code issued to the customer via email. If you have issues using your store credit email customer service at we will be happy to assist you.

Refund, Return & Exchange Online & Instore Policy

Instore Purchases Refund Policy: No refund. No exchange for Instore Purchases.

INSTORE PURCHASES ONLY: Layaways and custom order deposits are final and non-refundable. Items must be picked up and balance paid in full within 1-2 weeks of initial downpayment. 
If custom orders or layaways are not picked up within 1-2 weeks or no communication is made to D’Glamour City to request an extend of hold time, it will be canceled and the deposit will be non-refundable. 

Contact customer service via email at for a return authorization before shipping returned item back to D Glamour City Stock Center as we will not be responsible for any unauthorized returned package. 

ONLINE ORDERS Refund/ Return Policy: We appreciate your business and we will start processing your order as soon as possible! Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with shipment details. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We offer no refunds (NO EXCEPTIONS) unless item is out of stock at the time of purchase. Items can be returned for exchange of the same item ONLY, within 24 hours of delivery and receiving the return label and instructions the item is to be dropped off at the specified shipping carrier and scanned into the shipping carriers’ system or the return will be canceled automatically by our system. The return will also only be processed only if the same item originally purchased is in stock. If the same item is not available a store credit will be provided. You must first send over an email to if there’s any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery. DO NOT return any packages to us without receiving an Emailed Return Authorization consent from D Glamour City.

ONLINE ORDERS REFUND POLICY: We do not provide REFUNDS under no circumstances unless the item is out of stock at the time of purchase. Once an order has began processing it CANNOT be cancelled. We begin processing of the order as soon as it is placed to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner to our customers.


Contact customer service via email at for a return authorization before shipping returned item back to D Glamour City Stock Center as we will not be responsible for any unauthorized returned package. 

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package delivery confirmation for an online order, if it is not reported within that time frame we will not issue a Return Authorization. If you have received an incorrect or defective item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
